    • Content: These courses are Free Online Caregiver Training through Trualta. It is self-paced and divided into modules for the convenience of the caregiver.

    • Content: Senior Caregiver Programs and resources such as Support Groups are available both online and in person. Every other Wednesday, you will receive a link to a short video (produced by Elaine) designed to help you manage the emotional stress of caregiving. The following week, you will receive an invitation to a one-hour, interactive support group meeting on Zoom.     • Content: Free Online and or in-person monthly meetings for caregivers of individuals with a mental illness. In a safe environment family members can talk frankly about their challenges and help one another through their learned wisdom. These meetings are facilitated by trained NAMI members in affiliates across Arizona
