Therapeutic Poetry Workshop
Revisionary Arts (RA) is a nonprofit that uses poetry as means of exploring our vulnerabilities while simultaneously promoting self-care and healing. This session will be facilitated by RA’s director, Dr. Rosemarie Dombrowski, who is a full-time caregiver to her 23-year-old son. As such, we’ll read and discuss poems that speak to our unique challenges as caregivers in an online class, and we’ll end the session with a reflective writing exercise and the option to share our words.
