Inviting all Family caregivers, friends of caregivers, caregiver supporters, members of the community!

The Family Caregiver Day at the Capitol is for family caregivers, friends, and supporters to learn about current issues and policies affecting caregiving. The Arizona Caregiver Coalition will present the David Besst Award to an individual whose works and deeds have served to improve the quality of life for family caregivers and has inspired us to greater heights.

Learn to be an advocate for family caregivers and their care recipients through our advocacy training workshop! Hear from state representatives about the legislative process! Share your experience as a caregiver!

  • Lunch will be provided to registered attendees
  • Complimentary respite services on request
  • Parking is available at 19th Ave. and Washington, or at Wesley Bolin Plaza at 17th Avenue and Adams St.

How many people can attend?
The Capitol Museum venue only holds 50 people. This event will fill up quickly and we expect a waiting list. Please be kind and release your tickets if you are unable to attend.
