The Arizona Caregiver Coalition is a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of Arizona Family caregivers through collaborative partnerships, advocacy, and Respite Support. We partner with organizations that offer Respite Programs designed to help family caregivers receive a break.
The Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) through AHCCCS is for individuals with low income and high levels of need. Please visit the website below to determine if this is an option for you. If the person needing care has an intellectual or physical disability, we encourage you to contact the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) at 844-770-9500. If your loved one is eligible for DDD, they will assist in connecting you with ALTCS.
