Area Agency on Aging
We recommend contacting your Area Agency on Aging as they have a wide variety of programs to help with meal deliveries, personal care, caregiver support, and case management.

Arizona Caregiver Coalition
The Arizona Caregiver Coalition is a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of Arizona Family caregivers through collaborative partnerships, advocacy, and Respite Support. We offer Respite Programs designed to help family caregivers receive a break. We partner with DES on the Family Caregiver Reimbursement program to offset home modification or assistive technology costs. Please see more details about our programs below:
Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS)
The Arizona Long Term Care System through AHCCCS is for persons with low income and high levels of need; you would have to check the website below to get an idea if this is an option
- If the person needing care has an intellectual or physical Disability, we encourage you to contact the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) at 844-770-9500. If your loved one is eligible for DDD, they will help connect you with ALTCS.
