This workshop is for Caregivers of at risk/developing youths, and family members. This workshop will share best practices with caregivers to help them take better care of themselves in high stress settings. Recognize why challenging behaviors happen and how to manage them, while using positive psychology to get better results. This workshop will help the caregiver gain awareness of self and how the world around them affects the quality of life. We will help the caregiver create a simple but effective self-care plan.

Class Schedule 1X weekly for 7 weeks starts June 8, 2020:
Monday, Wednesday from 7 a.m.-9 a.m. or 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m.-12 p.m. or 8 p.m.-9 p.m.
